Glad they offer breakfast. that is a good value and i generally only stay at a motel that has a free breakfast. The staff at Osceola, IA location was very friendly and yet professional.

Breakfast was OK, not much variety. One of the toasters not working properly. Toasted on one side of toast. Breakfast area too small and tables needed to be cleaned.

Beautiful, clean, very comfortable. We got upgraded to a suite, and it was beautiful!

Nice, clean, and comfortable facility. Our room was quiet and well appointed. Staff was friendly and helpful. We enjoyed the pool area.

We were on our way to tour the Bridges of Madison County around Winterset. This is about 30 minutes away driving. Nice hotel with clean comfortable rooms.

Easy access from 35. Lobby is warm & welcoming. Staff was friendly & helpful. Good parking. Room was clean & comfortable. Bed was very comfortable.

The young woman who registered us was terrific! The woman who checked us out was equally pleasant.
